Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
You can purchase your Krown case using either your Paypal account or credit/debit card via the Paypal portal. You don't necessary need a Paypal account to purchase your product.
You said free shipping?
Yes, shipping will be on us for all orders over $30 within the US. Otherwise, preferred USPS shipping rate will be applied.
How long will delivery take?
You will typically receive your orders within 2-5 business days of shipping for national order. Orders are processed and shipped daily from Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays and Sundays. Once your order is confirmed it will ship within 48 hours.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
We chose to use Paypal as our payment portal because we wanted to offer you the best service. PayPal is designed from the ground up to be one of the safest ways to send money online. Unlike other financial institutions, Paypal payments are sent without sharing financial information. In fact, PayPal never shares your financial information with or sells it to merchants.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
You will receive an invoice from Krown as well as from Paypal. If you have any requests regarding your order, we will ask you to provide your Paypal and Krown receipt number to better serve you.
How does your exchange policy work?
We offer you a 30 day warranty. If unfortunately, you break your case within those 30 days, we will send you a new one at no extra cost. No need to send us back the old one. Just send us a proof of the broken case (pictures works best), and we will proceed accordingly. Only items purchased directly from www.krowncase.com will be eligible for exchange requests. Our 30 day return warranty is limited to our product only and does not extend beyond the value of the product purchased. We can reject warranty claims at our sole discretion, such as for abuses of our policies, dishonesty, or otherwise. Once we receive your claim and proof, it usually only takes a couple of days to process a return, however, please allow up to 30 days. All sales are final
